Report: Backstage Antonio Marras

This time Antonio Marras is shown in one of the oldest buildings in Milan - Palazzo Della Ragione. Frozen and drenched journalists are allowed inside - there, among the old paintings and candelabra, participants of the presentation rise up along a huge marble staircase: children with wreaths and a few Italian ladies, who can be seen in the Milan Library or, for example, a bakery.

Behind huge doors, along carefully covered with cellophane, old parquet, we pass into a room that, apparently, on ordinary days serves as a library. Models with ready hairstyles and make-up are trying to find a place to have a bite - in a tiny room it's hot from spotlights and almost never turn around. Among MAC make-up artists, as always, familiar faces: Tom Pesho, laughing, gives instructions to nervous assistants, entertains models and at the same time tells us about make-up for this show.

"The main idea is femininity bordering on masculinity. We have an even face tone, a strong emphasis on lips and, as this season's girl Antonio Marras is an artist, golden details in the makeup of the eyes. They add artistry to the whole image. Women are divided into those prefers to emphasize makeup in her eyes, but there are those who like to draw attention to her lips. In this case, we decided to choose the second option. "

Antonio's acquaintances say that his wife became a muse for the designer this season, and that after the last rock and roll season, the show promises to be truly Italian. Well, I think you can see everything yourself.
