The Culinary Movie Book with Brad Pitt
Publisher Long Prawn announced the release of a culinary book dedicated to the work of Brad Pitt: 50 pages of recipes of dishes that the actor ate during the embodiment of their great images. For example, on the pages of "Fat Brad: The Cookbook" you can find a shrimp cocktail with a hint of "Ocean's 11 friends" and seafood cream soup (well, of course). The list on the Vulture you can see the full list of the digestive victories of Pitt's heroes, but the book contains only the most outstanding dishes recipes developed by professional chefs.
Another thing is that the book has nothing to do with the food preferences of Brad Pitt himself. According to the publishers, they were inspired by the dissonance between the divine beauty of the actor and the rubbish that his characters constantly drag into the mouth on the screen. The book's cover also fits the bill: it depicts a headless man with a naked torso and a piece of roast meat in his hand - Pitt, of course, always objectified, but not so much. This is not the end of the amazing decisions of the designers of the publication: inside you can find examples of unexpected food styling, where, for example, chicken wings side by side with the image of a bare female breast. It is not very clear how all this is a joke - and it also remains an open question whether there is a person in the world who equally strongly loves Brad Pitt, retro-eroticism and shrimp.
"Fat Brad: The Cookbook" is the first in a planned series of culinary collections devoted to pop culture. The publication is already available for pre-order.
