Often experimenting with eyebrows and colored mascara do not end in the most successful way - especially if you do not discolor naturally dark brows. And yet, the era of beauty bloggers and progressive makeup artists gave us a lot of ideas on how to do custom eyebrow makeup, do without endless layering of shades and get a decent result. Use not mascara, but topcoat
Trying to put colored mascara on dark eyebrows, we often get an uneven coating, from under which the natural shade of hairs still looks. But on dark eyebrows blotches of glitter look spectacular - you should take Margo Robbie's makeup on Met Gala 2016. Take a gold or silver topper or add a scattering of glitter to a transparent gel, not trying to paint over your eyebrows completely. In this case, a pencil or shadow, with which you fill the "voids", it is better not to refuse - then any additions will look more harmonious.

Even if your eyebrows are light and easily hidden under both pastel blue and explosive fuchsia, it is better to start not with ink, but with a colored pencil backing. Make the desired contour and shade the eyebrows inside the same way that you make nude makeup. For dark eyebrows, this is a necessary step, allowing you to create a uniform color over which you can already apply colored mascara; For make-up, choose well-pigmented products and use a convenient brush.
Add vibrant graphics to natural makeup
It is not necessary to color the hairs to add a bit of color to the eyebrows. Arm yourself with a colored eyeliner with a fairly thin brush, a strong pencil or cream shadows and draw symmetrical thin lines along the contour of the eyebrows - above, below or even along the natural shape. Play not only with colors, but also with textures: metallic eyeliner in thin lines looks like a jewel on the eyebrows.
Add color to the tail of the eyebrow
Usually, difficulties with color occur in the thickest parts of the eyebrows, and if there is no desire to cast spells, you can add red, pink or iridescent blue to the tips. Draw the outline with pencil or shadows from your usual arsenal, and then gently stretch the bright shade - you can even slightly lengthen the eyebrows from the outside. Looks great if you support monochrome makeup: it can be lipstick of the same shade, mascara on the eyelashes or the shadows in the inner corner of the eye.
Highlight eyebrows with concealer or highlighter
A well-known trick to help brighten bright colors and sharper contours is to work out the border with a dense toning product in the final make-up. This works especially in the case of colored eyebrows, which, thanks to a bright concealer, will automatically stand out. The highlighter, which we usually put under the eyebrow, can in this case be holographic or color and will be especially well combined with matte textures on the eyebrows.
Mix the pigment and eyebrow gel
Sometimes the product is simply unable to block the color of your eyebrows due to insufficient pigmentation - but it always comes to the rescue by caste. Ideal eyebrow gel Art-Visage is inexpensive and inclines to similar experiments. Just gradually add pigment to it (fine grinding of the product is important) and mix well until you reach the color of desired intensity. You can make such a product and a la carte for different make-up, however, pulling a thick gel from a tube is something else fun.
Choose more than pure colors.
Pastel colors and shades of a rainbow, of course, look great on light and bleached eyebrows, but on dark and very dark results do not reach the instagram dream. But on dark brows you can add complex and deep shades so that the makeup will look grunge and almost nude at the same time. Green and purple liners of muted dark colors that do not look dirty are usually found at luxury brands: the secret is simple - when producing flowers, they think much longer. But even in the mass market there are amazing specimens, and if the liner of the same color was not found, look for among the persistent shadows.
Use applications
Our favorite mantra: for a beautiful make-up sometimes it is not necessary even to be painted. On the eyebrows with glue for the eyelashes, you can lay out the composition of flakes of foil or rhinestone, add a small piece of the translated tattoo under the eyebrow or use strips for nail art - the latter are sold in rolls and can be cut to the desired length. In make-up with rhinestones and other shaped elements, it would be good to follow the symmetry because of their own "correct" shape, but the foil implies more chaos and freedom.
