GOOD FEELINGfor me is to be healthy and calm.

MY DAY BEGINS from a glass of hot water, short meditation and a bath.

ALREADY MORE THAN TEN YEARS I DO YOGA. Many people perceive it as a sport, but for me yoga is primarily about finding balance: the mind calms down and the body gets rid of the clamps. During pregnancy, I practiced until the last day. In addition to ashtanga-vinyasa yoga, I sometimes go to bikram in Pechatnikovo lane.

MY WORK IS MY LIFE STYLE, it takes 80% of the time. Little remains for lessons on the game and rest. If I have the strength, I communicate with friends or dance.

NO SMOKING - THE MOST DIFFICULTfor me in a healthy lifestyle. As for alcohol, I have not consumed it for twelve years, but in the last two years I began to drink. I have two rules: do not drink cocktails and low-quality alcohol.

I try to sleep a lot: This is a pledge of my well-being. I can sleep anytime, anywhere. I would like to sleep at least ten hours a day, but then there will be no time for leisure.

I AM NOT A FAN OF WELLNESS GADGETS: except for the epilator and the vibrator, I do not have any. I also installed the Aesop Period Pace application, which helps to monitor the cycle.

REGULARLY LIKE FOR MASSAGE and as necessary I visit the beautician. As part of the procedures, I am a conservative: cleansing and fortification is my everything. But I'm thinking about eye skin fillers.

I AM NOT HIS POHONDRICK and do not like to look for a disease. I trust the doctors, but I prefer to meet them as little as possible and I am not a supporter of regular check-ups.

MY PARENTS DIDN'T HAVE BROUGHT ME IN THE TRADITIONS OF A HLS LIVE although both do not drink or smoke and generally take care of themselves. I do not implant anything on my son either: let him watch the world around him and decide everything himself.

CONSCIOUSNESS IS IMPORTANT IN EVERYTHING - from breathing to thoughts, from work to food. This is not my discovery, but it works for thousands of years.
