Photographer repainted puppy in panda for pictures with tourists
In Sochi, the photographer repainted a chow-chow puppy into a panda for taking pictures with tourists - RIA Novosti reports this with reference to the senior assistant prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory for media relations, Anton Lopatin. Police drew attention to the "panda" when the users of "VKontakte" published a photo of a dog with a request to save the animal. "We stopped at a viewing platform where we sold photos of a panda cub with a size of no more than 30-50 centimeters and a lion cub with a kite. Animals are tormented by heat! I don’t know who these people are and how they turned out to be cubs "- wrote eyewitnesses.
Later, the prosecutor's office found out that the panda was a painted puppy. At the moment, there is a check on the fact of animal abuse.
This is not the first such case - earlier in Gelendzhik, Samoyeds abandoned by photographers, painted in pink, rescued by photographers.
