Stylist Sveta Mikhailiuk about favorite outfits

FOR RUBBER "WARDROBE" we take pictures of beautiful, original or strangely dressed people in their favorite things and ask them to tell stories related to them. This week our heroine is the stylist Sveta Mikhailiuk.

I work as a stylist, so I love things and I love shopping. For example, when I arrive in another country, I go to look at local concept stores and shopping centers — I wonder how everything works. My style is a mixture of 90s, pretentiousness and modern comfort. I grew up in an ordinary family, where it was decided to go for things to the market, and a little later - in the shopping center. I have always liked the atmosphere of collapse with wild hanging, people in leather jackets and adidas sneakers.

In high school I started to hang out and I wanted to dress up - so I got carried away second-hand. I liked that I can cheaply buy a lot of things at once. In his native Minsk, there is still no familiar mass market: Zara appeared only this year, and Mango a couple of years earlier; there was simply no place to buy things. If the market was an inspiring memory for me, then Minsk second-hand became a habit - I still like to enter them when I am in the city.

Now my wardrobe consists mainly of comfortable things: jackets, jeans, T-shirts, sports shoes. Partly, the work affected - I have to walk a lot around the city.

So I most often wear on the set. This bow of the “merchant-criminal” just tells about my childhood and the market - I feel myself a participant in the group of Sasha Bely, so that no one can argue with my stylistic decision on the court. But seriously, it's just a comfortable suit to travel with suitcases and packages, and then crawl on your knees, constantly adjusting something in the frame. In short, comfort.

I bought a jacket in "Megastila" in my first year of life in Moscow. I remember that I went to the store on purpose to see what Moscow second-class people represent. Seeing this jacket, I immediately understood - mine! She is cool and always collects compliments, but there is one drawback - very heavy. Earrings bought in the store "all for 100" in the underpass at "Paveletskaya". I am a Lurex man and forty, so when I see something brilliant (especially for a hundred rubles) I cannot pass by.

Dress and abarkas - gifts

The nurse's dress was brought to me by a friend from a holiday in Lithuania. Miu Miu in the summer collection was very similar, so I consider it the same, only made in Lithuania. Abarkas is a recent souvenir from Spain. They are brilliant, and that says it all; I think my girlfriend immediately knew who to buy them. Waiting for a trip to the sea to walk outfit.

The dress has a funny story. I was preparing to take pictures of the sea, and my friend and photographer went to second place to look for things that weren't sorry for wetting - and found this dress. As a result, it was not possible to remove it into the sea: the water was cold and strong waves rose. But in my wardrobe it stuck, I like to wear it with a denim jacket and sneakers.

I bought the “presidential candidate” costume in Minsk five years ago. I walked second with a clear reference in my head: a striped men's suit. The power of thought did not let me down, and a completely new one was already waiting for me on a hanger. The suit rescued me more than once: with heels she wore it at a girlfriend's wedding, with sneakers or sneakers — at work and meetings. Even Alexander Rogov asked where you can buy such a cool one. In general, I consider this outfit to be my talisman.

One more suit: I bought it a long time ago, eight or nine years ago — I knew that someday his time would come. Thanks to the trend for costumes, I finally got it out of the closet. Like a trouser, this one also always collects compliments. I wear it either with sneakers, or with rough shoes; I add a choker if I want to look smart.

The prom queen or a reminder of the time when I loved R'n'B and Paris Hilton. Bodie bought in Minsk this summer in some home clothes store: she went in to get a gift for a friend, went out with a purchase for herself. Mulley - the most uncomfortable shoes in the world. I am glad that I bought this pair in Zara for 1500 rubles. If I had paid more, I was sad, and so merrily take a shift with me and change my shoes when my legs get tired.

Tiara bought for shooting in the style of the 2000s, but in the end sometimes I wear a joke myself. Princess Rings - a gift of friends for my birthday. I love this brand of jewelry very much: for the first few days I went with arms outstretched and could not see enough of my rings.

I call this jacket “Stas Baretsky” for super-shoulders-shoulders. I bought it in the spring for some kind of mega sale at Megastila - it cost two hundred rubles. I constantly use it in the shooting and I wear it myself. Leather skirt from my girlfriend's vintage store. She asked me to take a photo of a new purchase on me - so I found this skirt.

Uncle's Cloak, H & M Studio Top, Decathlon Leggings, Vagabond Shoes

My Uncle's Cloak. How many can remember, the thing hung in the parent closet, I don’t know why my uncle didn’t wear it. As soon as she had grown to a raincoat, she immediately took it for herself, in my opinion, he is very cool. Sports leggings bought in "Decathlon" when preparing for a trip to the mountains. I had to learn to snowboard: I never got up on the board, but the leggings fit in well with my city life. In the summer I wear them with a white combination and a denim jacket, in the fall - with a raincoat. In winter, I plan to wear with a down jacket and coarse boots. I love Vagabond - I think this is the best combination of price and quality.

It seems to me that someone was drunk when he sold these T-shirts to Dixie, otherwise I can not explain how there were 100% cotton items for 200 rubles. My nearly three years - a million washes, there are no pellets and all the same rich color. I bought for shooting and wanted to cut it, because I needed a small piece of red cloth. Fortunately, that shooting was canceled, the T-shirt remained intact, and I realized how cool it is. By the way, after trying to buy more T-shirts at Dixie, but no, they were not the same and spoiled after the first socks.

So I could dress up at parties if I went to them. But if suddenly I get together, then, most likely, I will wear a Lurex body. This is a souvenir from Paris: my friend lived there for a month and brought a beautiful gift. I bought velvet trousers for commercial shooting and left it for myself.

In high school I had constant problems because of the love for large earrings - I received comments from the director several times a week. Once my mom was even called to school because of this; the director, seeing her, said: "You look so good, why can't your daughter look the same?" But I did not give up and continued to wear them. Then in my life came a period of minimalism, I did not wear almost any jewelry. And this year the love for the “body kit” returned to me.

My set for every day. On the ring the inscription "Everything will pass, and this too." In especially difficult working days, this phrase gives me strength.
