In the new issue, a special correspondent for the Kommersant newspaper, Olesya Gerasimenko, tells us what she eats, how much she sleeps, and how she lives to feel good.

GOOD FEELING FOR ME MEANS TO RENT A TEXT, and then sleep, wash, eat porridge and go for a walk in the woods. But such days are rare.

I AM NOT A GOURMAN.If you want to break away from food, I can buy a cake or a tile of ordinary milk chocolate. And if it were my will, I would eat only tuna, sweet peppers and eggs. However, I somehow feed on (my poor husband).

I TRAVELED IN TRIPS WITH CHILDREN'S FOOD BANKS even before the appearance of the child. I do not feel better from lunch on airplanes than from fast food, so I don’t wake up to feed, but I eat veal "Tyoma" in half a nap.

I ALWAYS HAVE ENVIRONED PEOPLE WHICH ARE WELL LOOKING IN TRIPS. On business trips, I am usually in a panic, and on vacation I can forget to wash my face. No matter how many jars for face and sportswear I packed, I only need more sunglasses and peach hand oil when there is no place to do a manicure.

RELATIONS WITH YOUR OWN BODY AFTER PARENTSI was like with the former: that feeling, when grateful for everything, but very angry. For a while I shook the press and recently underwent a course of massage, so now there is harmony.

RUNNING TO ME WAS TERRIBLY BORING, JUST UNCLEASED - also the dogs rushed at every turn. I used to do muay thai and ballet, but now I just walk a lot: yesterday, for example, 17 minutes. But seriously, I am one of those who always use the stairs to park the car at the first free space, even if it is two kilometers to the destination, and carries the infant through the parks in the carrying room all weekends.

MOTIVES OF PEOPLE, INFINITELY DISCUSSING HEALTHY LIFE, I do not understand. Well, the truth is: biceps, quadriceps, gluten-free, wheat germinated, but did my pedometer calculate how many liters of water I drank?

A HELLOW ARE NOT SALVING FROM ALL PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS: an evil person will probably remain so after a run, and spinach cannot cure diseased nerves.

Once I fell asleep in a chair at the dentist: I closed my mouth - and he almost drilled a hole in my cheek.
