It seems to me that in matters of beauty it is important to maintain the ability to self-irony.
About life and art
I do not like restrictions and routine - in art projects I alternate performance, creation of objects and installations. The border between art and everyday life is blurred for me: preparation for a birthday party can be as thorough as reincarnation for a performance in the gallery of modern art. I love simple techniques that work at the level of perception of the human body - like, for example, a performance in which I was a four-legged dancer without hands and a head.
In a bright make-up or an absurd image, I feel naturally. Not so long ago with friends we were in a drag club, hidden in a flower shop. Elegant artists in wigs and dresses almost did not fall into the soundtrack, but were excellent, because the very reincarnation created the desired effect.
About freedom
My relationship with my own appearance is complicated. It has always seemed strange to me that for those around me the personality of a person is inseparable from the external image. That's probably why I like to deconstruct it. Bold decisions sometimes lead to "artistic injuries," as I call them. For example, once I spent two days on my bald patch, after which I spent a week with a swollen forehead.
Freedom is important to me: freedom to act like a lady or blow your nose like a man, depending on your mood. I can spend hours choosing a manicure shade or a week of walking with a peeling punk-style lacquer, half-day styling my hair, or lying down with wet hair to wake up with a nest on my head.
About sport and care
I go to an individual workout at the gym with three other artists. It's very funny. Thanks to regular training, you can stop falling apart and push back the existential crisis. In my opinion, to keep yourself in shape, you need to look for ways to get out of your comfort zone. What this form will be is another question, but internally you will not rust.
I love to wash. In addition, the bath does not necessarily take alone. I love baby bath foam, it is usually especially tender. Constantly looking for the perfect bombs.
About make-up
I also love to make up and paint a face, I like good matte lipstick. When the liquid Guerlain in the heavy space bottle was taken out of production, it was a real tragedy. Since then, the best options found mainly in inexpensive or not the most popular brands. When I dress, I like to combine expensive jewelery with plastic accessories from "Kinder Surprise". The same applies to cosmetics: the best glitter can be bought for pennies in stores with theatrical and cinema make-up, but it is better not to save money on the box. It seems to me that in matters of beauty it is important to maintain the ability to self-irony. I'm sure you can feel yourself like a ridiculous clown and a fatal beauty.
