A promising update appeared in the family of wearable gadgets: recently British Condoms showed the i.Con device, which the creators call the first “smart condom”. Strictly speaking, this is not a condom at all, but rather an erection ring stuffed with a multitude of sensors: the inventors of the device claim that this kind of fitness tracker can be used with any ordinary condom or without it.

i.Con can count calories burned, notes the frequency of frictions and body temperature, duration, speed and intensity of movements - after sex all this data can be downloaded into a special application on the smartphone, which will make statistics of your sexual activity and even allow you to measure your results with friends . An important feature of i.Con is the "antibody filter", which warns of possible venereal diseases.

The device costs 60 pounds, on the British Condoms website you can already enroll in a waiting list (so far the photos of the device itself are not available, so if you are afraid to get a cat in a bag, you should wait for the official release - the manufacturer promises that it will happen very soon).
