Stylist-hairdresser Victoria Turitsa about personal care

FOR THE FACE "HEAD" we study the contents of beauty cases, dressing tables and cosmetic bags of interesting characters for us - and we show all this to you.

About attitude to cosmetics

Since the time of school I haven’t come out on the street without rouge, and now also without eyebrows. Other means I occasionally change. By my standards, today I’ve made up a lot, usually I still use only eyeliner (I emphasize the space between the pages) or mascara.

I am for professional care, because I am a professional. By the trial and error method, I used a lot of “organic matter” for hair, but I trust more professional cosmetics developed by literate people. Despite the fact that I am not blond today, I was her the day before yesterday, and monthly dyeing in blond suggests a not very good hair condition. Thanks to my care, for many years I have kept my hair in an ideal for dyed quality.

About work

My husband is also a stylist, and we always wanted to work in a place where your favorite clients come, where the home environment is, and at the same time soaked with professional spirit. We have a "beauty apartment", as we call it: in one part there is a salon, and in the other - a showroom with designer clothes. Most of the clothes are ready-made, which we buy from two Asian designers. Not so long ago launched their line of clothing, avant-garde, but "wearable." The studio is my second or even first home.

Very often, after a hard day of work, my husband and I sit in the car and say what a cool job we have. I really love my profession, I consider it cool. It would be possible to work in the salon, but I chose a more complicated and interesting way. I like to change people, I experience change with them. So if I do not like the result of my work, I tell the client about it. After this conversation, I just had a meeting with my girlfriend, whom I would change the color of my hair: I recently dyed it, she really liked it, but I didn’t

About education

Every stylist and hairdresser is also a psychologist, and this work requires constant self-education. During the year, trends change, they must be followed, so you acquire knowledge in the field of technology. I spent a lot of time and resources on training. Now I work not only with hair, and although I believe that a professional is always particularly good at one thing, at work I’m confident enough in myself to completely change the image of my clients. Most often, everything turns out cool - not only in my opinion.

I decided to become a stylist for a long time. I had to be a journalist and began my studies, but when I was about thirteen, I learned my first graduated short female haircut — my brother showed it to my mother. Then experiments began with friends, then I studied with a private teacher. The first diploma was purchased for the sake of work — I already had a lot of experience, but there was no point in studying in weak Krasnodar schools. Then we, with my client, who decided to open the salon, found the Lisap brand, and I became a technologist and a colorist on it. Yes, I own the classic Sassoon techniques, but I had a rather chaotic training. My husband studied at Dolores, but I believe that education should be effective, and no matter where you study and how much, if the result is cool.
