Expensive-rich: Jewel-inspired cosmetics
Text: Moore Sobolev
Moore Sobolev, the author of the Fierce & Cute blog, once a week, makes a thematic selection of products from his extensive collection of cosmetics for us. This time she found 10 products that are ideal for a pearl thread, an emerald ring and, for example, a ring with crystal.
Highlight Benefit Girl Meets Pearl
The most immodest of the three Benefit cream highlighters is a tube from which the tool is unscrewed through holes - it will definitely not spill and crumble on the trip. The highlighter, contrary to the name, is not pearly, but rather golden - an attentive eye in bright light will distinguish individual small sparkles.
YSL Jade Impérial Nail Polish
Last year's replenishment of the permanent line of varnishes YSL - very beautiful uneasy gray-green shade, really resembling the color of jade. Lucky YSL, in my opinion, is one of the best in its category: a beautiful unbanal palette, neat bottles and a very comfortable brush.
Mascara Artdeco All in One Emerald
The mascara was released as part of the Love Is In the Air spring collection and turned out to be excellent - I calmly treat the carcass in principle, but I like colored specimens. The same shade is beautiful, and consumer, so to speak, quality is at a height - it really does everything: it lengthens eyelashes, gives them volume, and keeps bending.
Shadows Illamasqua Obsidian
Contrary to popular belief, black matte shadows are difficult to make - so that they are really beautiful, and not smeared into muffled dirt. Illamasqua's black, matte, ultra-pigmented shadows are as good as all the single shadows of the brand that I have — I haven't come across any unsuccessful copies.
Mavala Moonstone Nail Polish
The Swiss brand Mavala loves precious stones for a long time - there are a lot of shades in the assortment with corresponding names, and last winter a whole collection of Jewel glitters came out. My favorite shade in it is Moonstone: a combination of purple, red and silver sparks in a transparent base.
Shadows Dior Opaline
Gentle mint shimmering shade was released in the spring Trianon collection, which is all made in pastel shades and decorated with bows that make the most stern heart quiver. In order for all the nuances of this touching shade to be visible, I put shadows on the base - without it there is a chance to get only a hint of color.
Shadow pencil of Collistar Twist Ultra-Shiny Diamante
The concept of the new lip balm lipstick and pencil shadows of the Italian brand Collistar is quite shamelessly torn off from the Clinique Chubby Stick, but the shades and textures are independent and interesting. Shadows Diamanté pretend to be almost neutral in a pencil, but even at the minimum light otleyfitsky multi-colored sparkles are visible.
L'Oréal Clear Crystal Lip Gloss
Transparent thick luster without a single sparkle - the budget equivalent of the famous MAC Lipglass. Those who say that it is easy to replace a transparent shine with hygienic lipstick are not right - no lipstick will ever give such a glossy, like water surface, an effect on lips.
Nubar jewel
A great fun lacquer, named after an abstract "jewel" - holographic sparkles of all kinds and colors are recessed into the base of the coffee shade. One of the most unusual colors in my collection (however, I confess, I just like holography).
Mac Lipstick Ruby Woo
As they say, iconic shade is probably one of the most famous red lipsticks in the world. Dry lips and does not promise comfort, but Ruby Woo can be forgiven for all the deep dark scarlet color, velvet effect and the revolution that it produces in the tender girl's hearts.
