Needless to say, for participants in such photo shoots, the appearance of intimate photos in thousands of public pages is a surprise that is fraught with serious injury. The photos in different angles captured naked blonde with pierced nipples. Of the clothes on her only a skirt that resembles the one that Sailor Moon wore from the cartoon of the same name. In the first photo, the girl lies off the couch, an empty bottle of vodka is viewed from behind, and the photographer shows her middle finger. The other girl was photographed already in the bathroom, and in the foreground, someone imitates sexual intercourse with her fingers. And finally, at the last one, the same girl is on the floor, her head clearly lies opposite the basin, and the bottle of vodka from the first photo was put into her panties. In all the photos, the face was carefully covered with a white rectangle and provided with a concise title: "She noted the age of majority." One commentator writes: "What else to expect from the skin with piercings on tits." A few more guys approve of the girls: "Devilish is good," "B **, and chick is quite juicy" and "Cool Tits."
The largest photo albums - “This is my list”, “Inscribed” and “List” - have more than 100 thousand subscribers. There are also “branches” in cities - here the audience is usually several tens of thousands of users. Fresh memes and advertising alternate with drunk photos from parties and photos of naked girls is clearly not staged, but, as a rule, with closed faces. Sometimes bare shots are posted anonymously, but in general, users are not shy about showing off the results of the next party. Each post is typing on average from 500 to 1000 likes and about 100 comments, among which you can find phrases like "I would vdul" and open bulling heroines - with calls to recall "moral norms" and "family honor".
Photos for such public offer participants, and administrators, according to them, choose "the most fun and unusual", and if the photo is something "really hard", cover up the face. Pictures, as a rule, get into public from third parties, and the owners believe that by default they agree to the publication. The administrators of the Publications "Inscribed" and "This is my list" on condition of anonymity told us that, as a rule, people who sent their own photos, but not those whose photos got into public without their knowledge, ask to delete photos. “We remove posts if we are politely asked about it. But most of them start dialogues with threats. We immediately ban them. And complaints come literally every other day even from those who send the posts themselves,” the administrator of the “Enter” public tells.
By the way, in the description of the similar public “This is my list” there is the phrase “new salt”, which directly refers to the scandalous publication of the video with the rape of the Novosibirsk schoolgirl Anna Sh. In 2014 (the meme “salt” is from the designation of a narcotic substance). Anna's young man invited her to a party in the apartment of one of his buddies. After the girl took drugs and alcohol and became unconscious, the guys (mostly minors) raped her for several hours at a time, simultaneously taking it off to the camera. The court sentenced teens to 5-10 years in prison.
Interestingly, the administrators of such publics are engaged not only in posting other people's nude photos. For example, the owner of "Inscribed" leads, albeit shaming, but quite conventional pages like "Serious business" (with memes about business), "Fashion of the St. Petersburg metro", "Slightly bobbing up the editorial board" (public with funny pictures and 500 thousand subscribers), " You tried to drive "and others. That is, erotic pictures from the "list" belong to the owners of several large pages of "VKontakte", where advertising posts appear several times a day. To the question, why create public photos with photos, the administrator of the page "This is my list" answers in monosyllables: "For the sake of money." In groups openly place advertising rates, at the same time indicating viewing statistics. For example, an advertising post in the “Inscribed” group will cost from 200 to 6000 rubles, and the owner of the “This is my list” page informs about a discount of 250 rubles for advertising in March 2017.

No matter what the group administrators say, publishing photos of naked girls received from third parties clearly goes beyond simple entertainment for teenagers. Girls, whose pages get into public access, are forced to leave social networks, experiencing public humiliation, face condemnation at home and at school, acquire an army of haters and moralizers.
Mari Davtyan, a lawyer and expert on crimes of a sexual nature, recalls that the Russian constitution proclaims the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, and the Civil Code states that the use of photographs of a citizen is allowed only with his consent. Davtyan emphasizes that personal photos and videos are private life, and for illegal gathering and distribution of such information, criminal liability is provided not only for those who post pictures, but also for those who distribute them.
But if it is still possible to punish for publishing photos of their authors (for example, under article 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of privacy”), it is much more difficult to prosecute administrators of pages on social networks, says Davtyan. “To remove public documents with similar content, it is necessary to contact the administration of the social network, in case of failure to remove the public, complain about the indicated resource to the prosecutor’s office and Roskomnadzor,” explains the lawyer.
Rare examples of punishment for such actions were the publication of the videos "Salt" and "Salt 2.0", which captured the rape of schoolgirls from Novosibirsk in a state of alcohol and drug intoxication. At the moment in Russia there is no special law that would regulate the publication of pornographic materials without the consent of the people present in these videos or in photographs. Even the largest public VKontakte MDK in the country (a public page with 7 million subscribers and memes) allowed himself to post such a photo. This is a scandal in the city of Volzhsky, Volgograd region. In one of the city’s schools, on the last call, the alumna became ill due to alcohol, after which classmates divided her and posted nude photos in a large public, having previously painted her face and body with markers.
MDK public owner Roberto Panchvidze told us that publishing such photos does not contradict the ethical principles of the page: “We believe that a country should know its heroes, that is, rapists. And I categorically support the existence of public ones like“ Inscribed ”, because only that general public learns about the facts of sexual violence. But the situations are different. Almost the whole country knows the administrators and victims of this public - they were also invited to the show “Let them talk”.
“VKontakte” is full of communities like “Rate the calf”, where you can upload your own photo or a snapshot of your friend, receiving in return dozens of greasy comments. At one time, the public in the spirit of "Peeped" was very popular, where you could put a photo of a girl, made without her knowledge, with a message on the verge of voyeurism. “Peeped” became almost as popular as the public with photos from the “list”, and quickly acquired regional branches. But the main platform for local-level slatsharing was the rapidly overwhelmingly popular “Overheard” public, and especially their variations at the level of specific schools or urban areas. The desire to punish girls for "indecent" behavior is just an attempt to justify sadism and cruelty with supposedly "good" work, says child psychologist Kirill Khlomov. “The teenager chooses a behavior that is not approved by society, for example, sex until the age of majority, and begins to be cruel to the people who are involved in such practices,” he says. There are several reasons for this behavior. The first is the desire to dominate in order to increase their self-esteem (it is not surprising that such publics are full of lovers of pick-up technician). The second is blackmail. For a time, there were even groups where teens extorted money from their friends by posting their obscene photos. The third is banal sadism, with the goal of hurting another person.
Violation of foreign borders, therefore, is not entertainment, but a serious crime. Any user of the social network who approves such publics or believes that they should not be limited, at the same time acts as an accomplice, and a potential victim of violence.
