Lena Kamai, Buyer Oldich Dress & Drink

FOR RUBBER "WARDROBE" we take pictures of beautiful, original or strangely dressed people in their favorite things and ask them to tell stories related to them. The heroine of the new material, Lena Kamay, talks about vintage finds, irrational love for flared jeans, gifts from colleagues and Margiela ankle boots that can be turned into a cheerful disco-ball.

Moto Topshop jeans; shirt, jacket with buttons, bag - vintage; Monar Antwerp shoes

Sometimes there is a feeling that no-one likes jeans, except for me, Eugene Ospen and the skinny American stylist Rachel Zoe. Although flared still worn Ben Affleck and the whole company in the favorite film Dazed and Confused. Some very close friends ridicule me tirelessly, but I tolerate and continue to wear. This is my protest, if you will. They carry me to the era of Brezhnev and Nixon. Sometimes I come to work and tell my colleagues: "I came to you from the 70s today." A blue navy striped cotton shirt was found in Barcelona in a small vintage shop, our suppliers in Paris gave a sweater in beads when I froze and decided to warm up in it - it is in perfect condition, bead to bead, and was damn expensive. Footwear also bought on purchases, last winter in Antwerp, this is such a local small artesanny brand. Bag came from America to Oldich and was tortured to wait for its owner. She is monogrammed on her side, shabby, with a bunch of compartments — any postman would give her a soul for her.

Vintage jacket and shirt, Kenzo boots, Paige leggings, Masterpiece Japan backpack, Nixon watch

A shirt with a collapse in Berlin cost five euros, a jacket with hunting stripes - from America, and, like much of the purchase for Oldich, settled in my wardrobe; shoes at a ridiculous price were found in the super-dull Rendez-vous shop, the backpack from "KM20" is bright, comfortable and roomy; Nixon watches were presented by my former colleagues when I left work. Former colleagues love everyone together and each separately and, taking this opportunity, I say hello!

Vintage Sport Sweater, Isabel Marant Etoile Jacket, Maison Kitsuné Jeans, MM6 Shoes Maison Martin Margiela, Pierre Balmain Vintage Bag

A bag of Pierre Balmain found me in London. Ctaila absolutely ridiculous money. She kept a surprise in herself: after a year and a half, a coin of 1980 in two French francs fell from it. It seems that then she was worn for the last time. I think that in such an unexpected way she brought small dividends: the franc is on my table, and I admire them.

Vintage sweater, See by Chloé skirt, Opening Ceremony boots

In the very near future, thick woolen sweaters will no longer fit into the closet, but I do not think it will stop me. The sweater gives warmth and comfort, but the main rule is not to come to the Strelka bar in a large wool sweater for a fun party. It is better to go to the country in it, take a walk in the park and go skating.

COS Angora Sweater, Lux Skirt, Opening Ceremony Shoes, 3.1 Phillip Lim Bag

All Opening Ceremony shoes are beautiful, comfortable, durable. For this, and loved. The bag is roomy and takes out all the bricks and computers that travel with me every work day. Skirt in heavy rotation for six years: snatched her look in the window of Urban Outfitters in London, commercials in 2008. Since then I wear it all the time, I love it for print and general fun. Angora sweater is good for everyone except the angora itself: it is everywhere.

Classic Perfecto by Schott jacket, New Balance sneakers, vintage dress

Gorgeous jacket - connoisseurs say that Marlon Brando wore just such a thing. I begged from his beloved girlfriend, who left for permanent residence in New York. The dress is from Berlin, of strange medium length, which I usually dislike, because it goes to very few people, and in this case we were able to make friends.

Sheepskin Vintage Fur Coat, Kenzo Sweatshirt, Volta Shoes

I liked Kenzo in the deep past. There were such tart Jungle perfumes in my high school years. After in the Fashion House the guest designers were the guys from Opening Ceremony, I got things. Vintage coat was found on the purchase and almost immediately went not to the store's store, but to my closet. Volta shoes lured by leopard coloring: after all, I am a Scythian and an Asian, I love the animal print.

Vintage coat of the 20s, dress & Other Stories, vintage jewelry (ring with a snake), the rest - & Other stories, Opening Ceremony shoes

Recently opened a new store conglomerate H & M. I liked it a little more than COS. The dress made me gasp, at some point feverishly pondering the idea of taking two at once. From time to time with a coat I get into an uncomfortable position with the clothes makers: they condemn me, reasonably believing that I walk in rags. Sometimes it becomes embarrassing, and I embarrassedly try to explain that this is how it should be and I am not a beggar. Coats from London, real roaring twenties, wool and cute black peas.

Fur coat, dress, earrings - vintage, rag & bone shoes

Once I met Olya Samodumova at the exhibition in the gallery "Victory", where we talked about the love of vintage (it was in the spring, and we were preparing for the opening of Oldich). She said something like "Oh, and I'm all in vintage." And then in my head, like Barney Stinson, a lightning flashed something like challenge accepted. In the experiment I stayed for three months, now vintage makes up most of my wardrobe. In the photo is the case.

Dress and earrings - vintage shoes Maison Martin Margiela

Earrings are found in Brussels, Klondike vintage jewelry and precious vintage jewelry. The dress lost a petticoat at some point in its life and became the milder - I wear it with a black body. I have long dreamed of cheerful shiny boots and having found it, I immediately ordered it on Net-a-porter. I think the main thing is to wear them without other brilliant things, otherwise you will instantly transform into a cheerful disco-ball.

Dress, bracelet - vintage sandals Robert Clergerie

The dress, in which, as if by magic, I turn into Sophia Rotaru, was ordered on the Internet and, thanks to the “Mail of Russia,” I traveled to Moscow for almost six months. Together with my friend Aglaia, we found a bracelet in Mallorca, where we were on summer holidays, it seems, a thousand years ago, on a tiny night market, which was hidden in the rocks by the sea. Wooden-heeled sandals are comfortable shoes for dancing, so danced in them at the opening of the season in Strelka, jumping through the puddles, which slightly deformed the perfect brown color. I try not to get upset: it did not make them less ideal.

Glasses

First row: Prada, Cheap Monday, two pairs of Ray Ban Second row: House of Harlow, American Apparel, no name, Laura Biagiotti

I always loved cat-eye and often wear them. I think that there is not a lot of points.

Jewelery, clockwise

I can not say that I often wear jewelry, but nevertheless I like to buy and collect. Probably because in childhood I adored flipping through an art album about the Diamond Fund and the treasures of the Faceted Chamber. I wear bijouterie on the occasion: for a birthday, parties and other holidays.

Blue leaves and golden suns were found in Oldich: Masha brought them from South Africa, and I intercepted them; clips with white and green stones - from Brussels, clips with evil muzzles - a rare model, bought from the owner of the store Why Not Shop Lisa on last year's "Lambada Market"; earrings with stones - asos. Gold bracelet - from vintage collapse in Mallorca; bracelet with a moonstone, blue clips and clips-stars - from the flea market in Dizengoff Square in Tel Aviv; clips with transparent stone - Brussels; bottom row - clips from Brussels, brooch and the second clips with transparent stones - from Berlin. Jack E Ohs NYC blue plastic necklace comes from a super-tiny store near 29th Street in New York.

A necklace with monists was presented by Sasha Grishin, my close friend. Brought from New York, where he found on a flea in Brooklyn. It seems to me that the necklaces were made by hippies: it is all from the coins of the 60s - English, Mexican and South African.

Perfumes

I usually choose something according to the situation, mood, clothes, but among all the favorites there is a constant favorite, my smell is Un Jardin en Mediterranee. The smell of the garden of orange orange trees, green foliage, bright sun and the azure sea, which happens only on the Cote d'Azur.

Footwear

Sleepers Tom Ford - Masha Hayward's gift for a pajama party in London.

Sandals Chloe - the killer, bought the "Lambada Market" from a friend of Julia Loktevoy. Walking is life threatening. Sandals by Stella McCartney - from the spring cruise collection: after the winter I dreamed of running along the bridges, but physically it turned out to be not very simple either.

Kenzo Sandals - Thing. Chased them all summer. We literally rubbed each other for a long time, literally, spent a lot of patches, but in the end - the best thing of the summer. Sandals Opening Ceremony - Aztec platform, comfortable and good.
