Leonid Slutsky, a deputy accused of sexual harassment, started a telegram channel and suddenly said that he was "in favor of dialogue and freedom of speech," except without "lies and slander." The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, congratulated the “new brother” on his account. Recall that the recent speeches of journalists, who told about the harassment of the deputy, were regarded by both Slutsky and his colleagues in parliament as a "custom campaign", which is designed to blacken and discredit the deputy on the eve of the presidential election.
